We operate bespoke trips on the Medway and around South East England for groups of up to 10 people on board our stunning flybridge Rodman Muse 44.
"Song and Dance" is the sort of boat which most people dream about, but doubt they'll ever get the opportunity to experience. So now, here is your chance. At affordable prices, you can enjoy the luxury of her leather upholstery, the comfort of her sun-beds, and the thrill of her power. In their review of her build, one of the leading boating magazines said:
"Wow! What a boat!"
We operate in the main from Chatham Maritime Marina, but will pickup further afield if required, are fully licensed (to carry passengers and serve alcohol), and insured. Our prices reflect our desire to share the experience with as many people as possible, NOT to make a million from our guests. And as our aim is to see everyone enjoy themselves, we will not subject anyone to rough water against their wishes!
There is no more peaceful way to spend a warm summer's day than tootling about on the water. We can whisk you away to one of the north Kent Creeks, there to laze, gently chilling at anchor. Or gently meander up the Medway into the heart of the countryside. If you are feeling more adventurous, we can get out into the Thames Estuary, or even cross to one of the Essex rivers for lunch. We can go looking for seals, take a trip to see the 2nd World War Forts in the Estuary, or the new Wind Farm off Herne Bay. The choice really is yours.
We cater for family days out, anniversary celebrations, corporate days, or for no reason other than a treat! Who needs an excuse? See our "London Breaks" page as well for overnight treats
A full day charter will cost £1100. That is for up to 10 people, so for 8, it will cost under £140 per person for the whole day.
But we also hire by the hour, and run "specials" at different times: so keep your eyes on our website for details.
During July and August, we will be running Lunchtime Trips of an hour each from just £30 per person, and 2 hour morning or afternoon trips from £45 per person. These will give a taste of just what fun it really is.
So give us a call, and book your trip now. We look forward to seeing you.
Please note. Long trips will attract a fuel surcharge. For most trips (other than lunchtime specials) , we will provide a welcoming drink, tea/coffee and light snacks . Additional alcohol drinks are available. Additional catering by arrangement.

"Song and Dance" is a Rodman Muse 44 Flybridge Motor Yacht. She was built as hull 20 in 2008 by Rodman Poyships of Vigo, Spain. Rodman build their hulls to a Lloyds Specification, the same as their Military craft! So she is solid. She is powered by 2 Volvo IPS500 6 cylinder diesel engines, each producing 370 HP. These give a top speed of about 30 knots.
Her IPS (Internal Propulsion System) gives her superb handling and berthing qualities. Each engine drives 2 counter-rotating propellers, which face forward on legs which project through the bottom of the hull, and steer the boat by turning independently of each other. At low speeds, she can turn on a sixpence and even go sideways under power from her props: there are no bow thrusters required! Her exhausts are vented through the drive legs, well below the boat, so she is also exceptionally clean and free from fumes.
She has a state of the art audio visual system. The galley is adjacent to the helm.
The cockpit/aft deck (which can be open or covered) seats 4/5, and the flybridge, 7/8. There is a huge sun bed on the flybridge, and another on the foredeck. They both boast simply ludicrously comfortable mattresses.
“Song and Dance” has two double cabins for guests, with full facilities (shower, piping hot water and toilets). The marinas we visit also have facilities for visitors.
For those brave enough to want to swim from her, there is a piping hot shower on the bathing platform.
(For the record, the sleeping quarters are not for the use of day-guests, save as emergency exit routes)

How’s this for a really special break at a time to suit you?
On the first day, travel from Chatham Maritime Marina on “Song and Dance” down the Medway, into the Thames Estuary, and up the river under the QE2 Bridge, through the Thames Barrier, past The Dome, Greenwich, and into either Limehouse Marina or St Katherine’s Dock, where you will use “Song and Dance” as a base for two nights. We will provide breakfast. The evenings and day two are yours to spend as you choose.
There are endless options. Explore the Thames Path or the rejuvenated East End. Canary Wharf is only a step away, as are The Tower of London, the Tate Modern, the South Bank, and Vinopolis. Riverside pubs and restaurants abound. (Gordon Ramsay’s “The Narrow” is right at the marina entrance at Limehouse,). The DLR is on the doorstep at each Marina.
Either on the trip to London, or the return, we will extend our journey to pass under Tower Bridge as far as Vauxhall, passing under all central London’s famous bridges and past such famous landmarks as The London Eye and The Palace of Westminster.
We will return to Chatham by mid afternoon on day three.
What a great way to see the riverside sights of London, and couple the trip with a couple of nights on a luxury Motor Yacht.
The price, for the return trip is just £1600...all in as described, for up to 4 people
